The committee approved the conceptual plan with the condition that landscaping be added to the front of the building, Eilminate the split block at the bottom and run the brick down to the ground. Paint the front of the building and the return to match the red brick. The smoke stack should be hidden by trees or ivy. They also recommended that he add sandstone to terminate the solder course to mimic the existing building and that the owner present a plan to improve the existing building. |
